What if my order gets lost or damaged in shipping?

All our shipments are fully insured by its actual value and we ship our jewelry by the reputable couriers that offer tracking information. You may call or email us if you need further assistance.

What if I have placed a duplicate order?

If you have placed a duplicate order, please contact our Customer Service Team immediately so we can cancel the duplicate order.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, as long as we haven’t shipped it out. In most cases the items are shipped out to you within 24hours after receiving your order. If you have further questions or concerns please contact our Customer Service Team.

What if I don’t get my order in the standard time frame?

If you don’t received your items on time please call us immediately we will be gladly check and or track the items for you.

What is the difference between karat and carat?

A Karat is the unit of measurement used to indicate the purity of gold alloys; while carat is used to refer to the measure of mass for gemstones like diamond.

What are the 4C’s?

Diamonds are graded and priced according to what is universally referred to as the “4C’s. They are Cut, Color, Clarity and Carat weight. Each is a description of the various characteristics of a diamond. Cut refers to the shape of the diamond, which affects its fire and brilliance. Color refers to the amount of color in the diamond (the less color a diamond has, the more valuable it is, all other factors being has, and Carat Weight is simply a measurement of the diamond’s weight (not its size). A clarity grade is assigned based on the overall appearance of the stone under 10x magnification

Does LoveBling repair or have a warranty?

Yes. We want you to enjoy your jewelry for a long time. If one of your pieces needs repair work, we will do it free of charge within the first year. After a year, we may charge a fee (rates depend on the materials and labor.)

This warranty covers each item of fine jewelry for defects in manufacturing only and expressly excludes coverage for excessive wear and tear and/or physical/accidental abuse, loss of precious stones and theft. Improper repair or warranty service performed by someone other than LoveBling will void this warranty.

We will ask you to mail the piece to us. Please pack carefully and insure your package; we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Moreover, you are responsible for all the freight charges.
