WHAT DOES THE WARRANTY COVER?
Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of the product. For up to 5 years from the date of purchase, any damaged or impaired item, no matter the condition, can be returned to us for a NEW one.
If warranteed item is discontinued by LoveBling, then the customer can replace it with an item of equivalent purchase value.
Broken or damaged item must be returned before a replacement can be given.
WHAT THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER
Warranty does not cover any items that have been modified or repaired by purchaser or outside jeweler.
Lost or stolen items are not covered. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Warranty lasts for five (5) years from the date of the original purchase of the product.
HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM
Contact LoveBling Customer Service, by email or phone, to process return & replacement of the covered item.
We will then work with you on replacing your damaged or broken item.
NO OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTY APPLIES
This warranty is a sole and exclusive warranty. No employee, agent, dealer, or other third party is authorized to alter this warranty or make any other warranty on behalf of LoveBling.
